Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Indev Digital, 353 Madhurdha, Hussainpur Main Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700107, India (“Indev”, “we”). They cover indevdigital.com, the product catalog, cart, checkout, My Library, contact forms and call bookings. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

By using the site you accept them. To buy something, you must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

Your account

You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your Indev account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Product licence

When you buy a software product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You don't own the product itself.

You may

Use and change it for your own or your clients' projects, including commercial ones.

You may not

Resell, share, sublicense or publish the source code or files, on their own or in a template, kit or marketplace.

Updates

Updates we release to a product you've bought are included and appear in My Library.

Each product you buy gets its own licence key, tied to your order and invoice. The code you install or copy from My Library carries a header with that key, your name and the order number. Keep it in place: it is how the licence travels with the code.

Access tokens for the shadcn CLI are personal. Don't share them or commit them to a repository. We log every install and copy, and may revoke tokens or end a licence that is being shared or resold.

Some products carry their own licence file. If it conflicts with this section, that file wins.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency: Indian Rupees (INR) in India, pounds (GBP) in the UK, euros (EUR) in euro countries and US dollars (USD) everywhere else. You pay in the currency of your billing country, which can differ from the one shown while browsing. For every product sold on this site with online payment, the INR price is inclusive of GST: it already includes Goods and Services Tax. GSTIN: 19KVAPK1611J1ZJ.

If your billing address is in India, you pay the listed INR price, GST included. If it is in West Bengal, GST is charged as CGST + SGST; anywhere else in India, as IGST. The total is the same either way. If you buy as a business, add your GSTIN and legal name so the invoice lets you claim input tax credit. A GSTIN's state then decides the tax.

If your billing address is outside India, the sale is an export of services under our Letter of Undertaking, so no GST is charged. Taxes, duties or reverse-charge obligations in your own country are yours to account for. Your card issuer may add its own fees. You are responsible for the billing details, GSTIN or tax ID you give us being correct.

Listed price

In INR, includes GST at the rate that applies to each product. In USD, EUR or GBP, has no GST.

At checkout

In India, the order summary shows the taxable value and the GST included in the price, as CGST + SGST or IGST once you enter your billing state, before you pay. Outside India, no GST is charged.

Amount charged

The total you pay through Razorpay: the listed price in INR in India, GST included, or the listed price in USD, EUR or GBP outside India.

Invoice

Your emailed tax invoice has a serial invoice number, your billing details (and GSTIN or tax ID, if given), the place of supply, each product's SAC/HSN code and GST rate, and the CGST + SGST or IGST charged. Invoices for buyers outside India are in the currency you paid and state that the supply is an export under LUT without payment of IGST.

The GST rate that applies is the one in force when you pay. If a rate changes, we update prices, but an order that's already paid is not re-billed.

Payment is processed by Razorpay, whose terms also apply. We can change prices at any time, but not for an order that's already paid. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we find a pricing error or suspect fraud.

Delivery

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Once Razorpay confirms your payment, the product appears in My Library right away. From there you can install it with the shadcn CLI or copy its code, at any time.

If it hasn't appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, email info@indevdigital.com with your order ID.

Refunds and cancellations

Each product has its own refund policy, shown on its product page before you buy. Some products can't be refunded at all. The policy shown when you buy is the one that applies to your order.

Refundable products

Request within the window and meet the conditions on that product's page.

Non-refundable products

Marked on the product page. Sales are final once the product is delivered to your library.

Always refunded

Duplicate charges for the same order, or a paid order that never reached your library and we couldn't fix.

To request a refund, email info@indevdigital.com with your order ID and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and access to the product is removed. Paid orders can't be cancelled once the product has been delivered.

Studio work and calls

A call booking or contact message is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we reply. We may reschedule or decline based on availability and fit.

Custom websites, apps and other studio projects are covered by a separate written proposal or statement of work. Where it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on your own use of the product. By posting one, you let us display it on the site. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, promotional or misleading.

Acceptable use

Don't break things

No hacking, scraping, overloading or reverse-engineering the site or its services.

Don't misrepresent

No false orders, bookings, identities or payment details.

Don't abuse

No malware, spam or harassment, and no misuse of someone else's account or data.

Our intellectual property

The Indev name, logo, site design, text and code belong to Indev Digital or its licensors. Apart from the product licence above, nothing here gives you rights to them.

Third-party services

Parts of the site depend on Razorpay, Google and GitHub. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible if they're unavailable.

Liability

The site and products are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what these terms say, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the site or ask us to delete your account at any time. Licences for products you've already paid for stay valid unless ended for a breach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith. If that doesn't resolve them, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
